The firm was established in Riyadh in 1998 after its founder, lawyer Abdulaziz Algasim, left the judiciary, where he had served at the General Court in Riyadh as a trainee and then as a judge at the General Court in Abha, and sat on numerous judicial and arbitration committees. The firm has since made steady progress in its field and has worked with a number of international companies.
